Easy care: when vacuuming use without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting; if your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low; spot clean stains immediately with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and blot dry; rotate for even wear

Compact shipping: your rug will arrive factory rolled/folded and may have creases from tight packaging and compression during storage, these normally flatten within 3-7 days, you can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug, pattern side up, and massaging the creases with your hands; the backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat, for the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease; use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease
